We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Bella Mediterranea. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can benefit from our return policy under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return any item that does not suit you. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Label and packaging: It must be returned with its original label and, if possible, in its original packaging.

3. Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Promotional items, sale items or end of line items
  • Lingerie items

    4. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please:

    2. Once the return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions.

    5. Reimbursement

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If accepted, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

    6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

    7. Exchanges

    Exchanges are only possible if the item is available in stock.

    If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an email to contact@bellamediterranea.com to get the return address.

    8. Shipping

    You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
